At Mind Relax Aroma, every product is handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Because our blends are perishable and made by hand, we're unable to accept physical returns — once a product leaves us, we can't guarantee it hasn't been tampered with or stored differently, and we'd never want to pass that risk on to another customer.

That said, your happiness genuinely matters to us.

If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you expected, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. Send us a message at mindrelax94@gmail.com with your order details and we'll sort it out — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.

What we can help with:

• Items that arrived damaged or faulty

• Orders that didn't arrive

• Products that aren't as described

What we're unable to accept:

• Returns of opened or used products

• Returns of products that have been stored or handled differently from our care instructions

• Returns simply due to a change of mind

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which always apply.
